These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Copilot Pro service ("Service"), provided by AI Copilot Pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AI Copilot Pro provides an AI-powered assistant service that routes user queries to various large language models. The Service includes chat interfaces, API access, and usage analytics.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per individual user unless otherwise authorized.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in ways that violate our rate limits.
• Share your account or API keys with unauthorized third parties.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

5. Billing and Payments

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Unused credits do not expire during an active subscription period.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AI Copilot Pro. You retain ownership of any content you generate using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models.

7. Data and Privacy

Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Copilot Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of arbitration shall be English.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
